We are now offering UK installation surveys that will help you get your product installed. UKIAM (UK Installation & Maintenance) who offer this service are qualified in stove, fireplace and flue system installation and with their network of preferred installation surveyors can offer surveys nationwide.

Please check the map to see if your area is eligible for an Installation Survey. If you are eligible, please select the type of survey you require (Gas Safe or Hetas) from the drop down menu and add the survey to your basket below the map.

Once you purchase the Installation Survey you will be contacted by one the UKIAM team to book you in to arrange a suitable date for the survey, usually within one working day.

You can also book your survey by calling 01484 434320. Please quote your postcode when calling. If you are in one of the free postcode areas (M, OL, BB, HG, BD, LS, WF, HX or HD) you must book your survey by calling this number. UKIAM are now also offering solar installations in these areas, please call for details.
Please note: We are not able to quote for installations or give approximate costs over the phone. For a quotation for installation and components required a survey must be carried out.

All the surveyors used by UKIAM are available for installation surveys and site inspections prior to installation to help with your choice of stove, along with liaising with our technical team on the design and planning of your stove flue system. All surveyors are fully trained and qualified with the relevant governing and inspection body, as well as being experienced in installing a variety of branded stoves.

How to Book Your Survey

• Ensure your area is covered in the map above.
• Select Gas Safe for gas surveys or Hetas for solid fuel surveys from the drop down boxes below.
• The installation survey will take place at the delivery address you enter at the checkout.
• You will be contacted by a surveyor within 24 - 48 hours (Mon - Fri) to book the survey in your area.
• Please note that this is an Installation Survey to determine what appliance is suitable for your install, it is not an installation.
